We use this information to authenticate you, create or locate your Zmashers account, display your name and photo, and protect your signed-in session.
What we store
We store your verified email address, display name, profile photo URL, account provider, role, and sign-in activity. Your Google password is never provided to or stored by Zmashers.
1. Who we are and what Zmashers does
Zmashers is a sports-court marketplace and booking platform available at zmashers.com. Players can discover venues, check availability, make and manage bookings, pay online or at participating venues, and submit reviews. Venue owners can list courts and manage schedules, bookings, payments, maintenance, and customer updates.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: email address, name, profile photo, account role, authentication provider, and security/session records.
- Profile and contact information: details you provide, such as a phone number or address.
- Booking and transaction information: venue, court, schedule, participants, status, price, payment method, payment references, cancellations, reschedules, and reviews.
- Location information: if you allow browser location, coordinates are kept in your browser and sent to our service when you ask to sort venues by distance.
- Technical information: session and security cookies, request details, and records needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
3. How we use information
- Provide sign-in, accounts, court discovery, and booking features.
- Process payments and track booking and payout status.
- Send verification, booking, payment, cancellation, and service updates.
- Support users and venue owners and resolve booking issues.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and service disruption.
- Maintain and improve the reliability of Zmashers.
4. How we share information
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
We share information only when needed to operate Zmashers: relevant booking details with the venue owner handling your reservation; data with service providers that support hosting, email delivery, payments, maps/location search, and image storage; or information required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or the protection of legal rights. Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to us.
5. Google user data
Information received from Google is used only for the authentication and account features described in this policy. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or your Google password. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
6. Cookies and security
Zmashers uses session and security cookies to keep you signed in, protect requests, and complete OAuth sign-in safely. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may disconnect Zmashers from your Google Account permissions, but this does not automatically delete information already stored by Zmashers. To request access, correction, or deletion of your Zmashers data, contact us using the address below. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date shown above. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate in-product or account notice when required.
